41.  Choice B is the correct answer.  This patient has a creatinine over 2.0 so injecting with IV contrast is contraindicated.  Pulmonary Angiography could make the diagnosis but is invasive and a V/Q scan could be used to make the diagnosis.  Thrombolytics should only be used if the patient is hemodynamically unstable and hypotensive.
